FREE SHIPPING within the USA for orders of $95+

Standard / Priority Mail (3-7 business days) Flat Fee of $6.95

Important: If for any reason, your package is returned to us, and you request to be shipped back to you again, you are responsible for the original and new shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges.

**Some items are shipped directly from our distributors to you; in case you order multiple items, you may receive them separately, but you only pay for shipping once.

When will my order be shipped?

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely manner to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. All in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days. Made to Order items will show estimated shipping time with the item description. Some items are shipped directly from our distributors to you; in case you are ordering multiple items, you may receive them separately, but you only pay to ship once.

Ontimacy.com is not responsible for delays in shipping:

If the address provided during the checkout process is incorrect or incomplete.
Loss or theft of customers order once the package has been shipped
Customer’s moves/changes locations prior to delivery.
Due to weather, natural disasters or shipping partners unforeseen service disruption.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
