Return Policy

Our mission and wish here at Ontimacy is for you to be completely satisfied and be very proud of your purchase.

Ontimacy gladly accepts eligible returns for a STORE CREDIT. No credit card refunds will be issued. No exchanges are currently offered. However, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags. It must also be in the original packaging. Every item shipped is inspected by a staff member to ensure quality control. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit. Please NOTE; Body creams, heavy perfume, and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be returned. In order to complete your return, receipt or proof of purchase is *REQUIRED.

Be Aware: Items purchased between November 15th and December 24th may be returned until January 10th the following year. Valentine's purchases may be returned until February 25th.

Please make sure you pack the items well and use post with a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

Please note the following items cannot be returned:
Hosiery
Used or soiled Undergarments
Made to Order & Bespoke items
All Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

HOW TO RETURN FOR A STORE CREDIT:

Please e-mail us at orders@ontimacy.com (Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM) for the Return Address. As soon as we receive your return we'll process your Store Credit and e-mail you the code. Store Credit is valid for a full 1 year.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift certificate to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
